Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Posh Paw Pet Resort to provide exceptional service for pet parents and their pets. You'll be responsible for welcoming clients, managing check-ins, and ensuring up-to-date vaccinations. Candidates must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

The role offers a pay range of $14.00–$16.00 per hour DOE, along with telehealth benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Comfortable operating multi-line phones and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming pet parents and their pets to the resort.
• Answering phones with a friendly tone and multitasking effectively.
• Touring new clients through the facility and selling services.

Skills

Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, email)
