Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Two Ponds Lodge location. You will greet pet parents, answer phones, and help clients choose services, while maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, cash handling, and keeping the reception area tidy. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Pay starts at $17.50/hour DOE plus tips, with DailyPay and benefits like Telehealth and Pet Insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Solid communication across phone, in-person, and email.
• Experience with multi-line phones and computer systems.
• Able to stay professional under pressure during interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with a friendly, concierge mindset.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and scheduling.
• Tour prospective clients through the facility and promote services.
• Process check-ins/check-outs and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and assist team members as needed.
