Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pet parents and their pets in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries with a positive and helpful tone.
• Tour new clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Ensure vaccination records are up to date for safety.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs with accuracy.
• Handle cash, card payments and balance the cash drawer daily.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
