Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an Executive IT Support Engineer in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on providing high-quality end-user and VIP technical support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Teams Rooms in a fast-paced enterprise.

The ideal candidate will independently manage executive-level issues, maintain professionalism under pressure, and ensure a seamless support experience for senior stakeholders and meeting-critical activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Teams Rooms in an enterprise environment.
• Experience delivering VIP/Executive IT support with professionalism under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical users.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on technical support for Windows 11, O365, and macOS environments.
• Deliver dedicated Executive/VIP support with high responsiveness and professionalism.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and troubleshoot meeting-room tech.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and collaboration-tool issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Coordinate escalations and document incidents and resolutions.
