You will support senior executives, coordinate escalations, and document incidents while partnering with infrastructure and security teams to ensure a seamless meeting and collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Teams Rooms.
• Proven ability to provide executive/VIP IT support.

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for Windows 11, M365, and macOS environments.
• Deliver dedicated Executive/VIP support with high responsiveness and professionalism.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and troubleshoot room tech.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, connectivity, and collaboration-tool issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS desktop/laptop issues and coordinate escalations.
• Support executive meetings and other business-critical collaboration activities.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Manage multiple requests and priorities effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused approach with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions per processes.
• Collaborate with infra, networking, security, and other IT teams when escalation is required.
