DraftKings Inc. is seeking a VIP Host to cultivate relationships with our most engaged players and lead the day-to-day VIP engagement strategy. You will work to deliver a world-class experience, driving loyalty and brand advocacy across events and communications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in sales or account management, and willingness to travel and work nights/weekends. State gaming licenses may be needed, with guidance provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Account Management, or customer-facing role.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset to make quick and confident decisions on data and trends.
• Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

Responsabilités

• Create new business revenue by developing strong, authentic, trusted player relationships.
• Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player through local events, regular communications, and escalation responses.
• Maintain an understanding of the market and proactively offer new games, promotions, channels, and platforms to players.
• Compile player feedback to support platform improvements and identify opportunities.
• Enforce VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming.
