Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host to drive a premium hospitality experience at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Minnesota. You will greet guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, and ensure a safe, engaging venue environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong guest-relations skills, with a focus on diplomacy, multitasking, and clear communication to uphold the VIP lounge experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving.
• Diplomacy, ability to handle multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
• Constant walking, stairs climbing and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, assist guests with seating and verify entry to VIP clubs and seating areas.
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Serve as a source of information for guests regarding lounges and music areas.
• Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Observe lounge areas to maintain ambiance of lounge/seating sections.
• Maintain professional appearance and anticipate guests' needs with superior service.
• Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency.
• May assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.
