Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino, part of the Shakopee-Mdewakanton-Sioux-Community in Prior Lake, MN, seeks a VIP Relations professional to develop relationships with 500+ players and drive incremental revenue. You’ll engage VIPs via in-person visits, calls, emails, texts, and pre/post-visit communications, while coordinating with VIP Hosts for seamless events.

You’ll spend significant time on-property at events, handling guest needs, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years in player development, casino marketing, account management, or sales.
• Proficiency with email, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with 500+ VIP players to generate incremental revenue.
• Interact via phone, email, text, and in-person to grow long-term VIP value.
• Coordinate with VIP hosts to deliver pre-trip itineraries and events.
• Spend substantial time with VIP guests on-property at events and functions.
• Manage guest issues calmly, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with policies.
• Issue compliments within approved guidelines and review rewards with staff.
• Comply with Title 31 regulatory monitoring and reporting.
• Occasionally drive company SUVs for VIP requests or events.
