Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Marketing & Hospitality professional to build and expand relationships with 500+ VIP players. You will drive revenue through personalized outreach via phone, email, text and in-person visits, coordinating events and complimentary offers while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing VIP accounts, partnering with VIP Hosts and hotel staff, resolving guest issues, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Five years of experience in player development, casino marketing, account management, or sales.
• Proficiency in e-mail, word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, and database software.
• Ability to communicate to a diverse population.
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize the guest service experience.
• Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with 500+ VIP guests to generate revenue.
• Communicate with VIPs via in-person, phone, email, text, and mail.
• Coordinate with VIP Hosts and hotel staff for pre-trip itineraries.
• Participate in on-property events and social functions with guests.
• Resolve guest issues professionally while maintaining integrity.
• Issue compliments per management guidelines.
• Review player issues and rewards with staff for satisfaction and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Title 31 monitoring.
