Live Nation Entertainment’s Allianz Amphitheater is seeking a part-time, seasonal VIP Host to deliver exceptional premium hospitality to box holders and VIP guests. You will be the face of our premium spaces, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival through encore and maintaining the highest standards of service.

You should bring a polished, hospitality-driven attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in high-end hospitality, restaurant operations, or premium guest services preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Professional judgment, tact, and conflict resolution skills.
Commitment to consistency — preference given to candidates able to work the full season.
Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome and provide personalized recognition to VIP guests and Live Nation executives.
Serve as the primary point of contact within premium lounges and seating areas.
Provide accurate event information, including set times and venue amenities.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
Maintain communication with the VIP Manager, bar staff, and servers regarding guest flow and arrivals.
Monitor spaces for ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Support premium upsell opportunities when appropriate.
Uphold a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
