The Guest Ambassador will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance for an enjoyable venue experience at Mystic Lake Amphitheater.

This Part-Time Seasonal role requires guiding guests, answering questions about upgrades or merchandise, and helping with seating and lost items while supporting sustainability

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years in guest service preferred.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, lift 25 lbs+.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide venue information and assist guests entering the venue.
Assist guests with seating, meet & greet, and lost items.
Direct restroom and concessions lines to minimize wait times.
Resolve guest complaints and support sustainability program.
Support staffing during peak times and assist with advertising flyers.
Ensure cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
