Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Guest Ambassador for Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, MN. You will proactively engage guests, provide venue information, assist with seating, and help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience during events.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 2+ years in guest service, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift 25 lbs+. This role supports a fast-paced live entertainment environment with a focus on guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to walk, climb stairs, lift and carry 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Communicate venue information about policies to guests as they enter.
• Assist guests with seating, directions, and finding lost items.
• Escort guests to meet & greets and manage lines to shorten wait times.
• Direct restroom and concessions lines and report maintenance issues.
• Support staffing during peak times and help maintain a clean, safe venue.
