Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a Part-time Front Office Administrator at Mystic Lake Amphitheater in Shakopee, MN. You will welcome guests, manage conference rooms, track visitors, assist with onboarding, and coordinate events and logistics.

You’ll handle parking logs, courier duties, and office supplies while supporting site initiatives. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or office management, strong English fluency, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years previous customer service related experience or office management.
Fluency in English is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word and Adobe PDF.
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and move safely.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically welcome guests, assist with arrival/departure and new hire/visitor orientation.
Manage conference room bookings and assist with scheduling meetings.
Track all visitors including vendors and guests.
Plan occasional on- and offsite company events within budget.
Manage parking and vehicle logs and records.
Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Handle incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
Support annual management plan by achieving KPIs.
Perform ad hoc facilities tasks including ordering supplies for events.
