Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is looking for an Executive Host to enhance relationships with VIP players. This role involves managing guest interactions and driving revenue growth through personal and proactive communications.

The ideal candidate has experience in marketing or gaming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships. Additionally, a four-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, and/or gaming.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue from VIP players.
• Develop and maintain guest loyalty through personal contact.
• Manage constant communication with VIP players.
• Work special events for VIP players.
• Ensure quality gaming experience for VIP players.
• Review VIP activities with management.
• Other duties as assigned.
