Qualifikationen

• Proven success in a venue environment preferred.
• Knowledge of player development and marketing a plus.
• Must manage time effectively and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Grow actual revenues annually per property plan and cross-property goals.
• Generate new business and expand marketing reach to VIP segments.
• Maintain guest loyalty and incremental visitation via personal contact and events.
• Manage VIP communications by telemarketing, email, and SMS about services and promotions.
• Host at special events servicing VIP players and monitor performance against competitors.
• Ensure quality gaming experience through personalized service addressing VIP needs.
• Review VIP activities and promotions with senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
