Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to update guest accounts and manage information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary guest service to VIP guests.
• Assist hosts with events, comps, and related tasks.
• Update guest accounts with current information as needed.
• Participate in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns for VIP event invitations.
• Utilize Konami, Maestro and HMS databases to track events.
• Represent the casino at in-house and external events.
• Maintain strong computer skills, including Excel and Word.
