The Resort at Summerlin is seeking a VIP Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Las Vegas. This full-time role supports the Player Development department by delivering exceptional guest service and building relationships with mid-level players through personalized communication and services.

Responsibilities include coordinating comps and VIP amenities, handling reservations and special requests, and assisting with events to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience or equivalent in casino marketing or related field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and support the Player Development department.
• Identify and maintain relationships with mid-level players and provide personalized service.
• Assist with coordinating member services, comps, and guest amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism.
• Support marketing events and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards.
