Job summary

Gun Lake Casino, Inc. is seeking a VIP Representative to cultivate relationships with un-hosted and emerging VIP guests, driving incremental gaming and non-gaming revenue.

You will identify high-potential players for future host assignment and support VIP events with guest check-in and on-site service. Responsibilities include loading offers and comps, maintaining guest profiles, and collaborating with casino hosts and leadership to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or guest service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Gun Lake Tribal Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve guest inquiries.
• Execute guest check-in, reservations, and bookings.
• Load offers, comps, and promotions onto guest accounts per policy.
• Identify high-potential VIP guests and assist in transitioning to Casino Hosts.
• Support VIP events with on-site service and attendance tracking.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and communication history in company systems.
