Job summary

Silver-Slipper-Casino-Venture-LL is seeking a Marketing & Player Development professional to handle VIP guest transactions and assist hosts with events and comps issuance. The role requires exemplary guest service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to update guest accounts as needed.

You will participate in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting VIP guests, and use Konami, Maestro and HMS tracking systems to monitor events. Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected.

• Familiarity with guest tracking or loyalty systems.

Responsibilities

• Exemplary guest service.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Issue complimentary services consistent with company guidelines.
• Update a guest’s account with current information as necessary.
• Participate in telemarketing and direct mail campaigns targeting guest for VIP event invitations.
• Utilizes Konami, Maestro and HMS player tracking database for tracking events.
• Represent Casino at special events, both in-house and out.
• Strong computer skills; including but not limited to Excel and Word.
• Assist hosts in issuing comps; organizing events, and general administrative duties.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
