Palms Casino Resort is seeking an Assistant Manager Front Office to lead the on‑duty operations of the front desk and VIP services. You will supervise a team, ensure privacy and personalized guest care, and coordinate with hotel departments to maintain service standards.

The role emphasizes VIP guest handling, check-in/out execution, and effective communication to boost occupancy and revenue while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel/front desk experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and PMS.
• Excellent organizational and people skills; able to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all managers and guests.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Desk and VIP Lounge operations, including check-in/check-out execution.
• Deliver exceptional guest service with emphasis on tribal guests and high-profile clients.
• Lead and coach a team of VIP representatives; manage performance.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, VIP, and other hotel departments to ensure service standards.
• Assist with reporting, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor productivity and budget adherence; optimize occupancy and room revenue.
• Maintain records and ensure health, safety, and company policies.
