Job summary

Riverside Casino is seeking a dedicated VIP Host to provide first-class service to our guests. You will develop and track recurring patrons, build a client base through personal interaction, and use player reports to tailor experiences.

Essential duties include managing player accounts and comps, cultivating loyalty, organizing events, and signing up guests for player cards. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Manage player accounts and comps based on recorded play and patron profitability.
• Build and maintain player loyalty by maintaining contact with an assigned base of customers.
• Cultivate leads via networking in the targeted marketing area.
• Maintain a list of guest preferences and interests.
• Develop and maintain a top guest list for areas of play.
• Sign up guests for player cards when possible.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and marketing information.
• Represent the company with a professional demeanor on and off property.
