One.Team.Chumash is seeking an Ambassador Host to deliver exceptional guest service to VIP and Gold Card holders at our casino. You will collaborate with the Player Development team to drive revenue and maintain the VIP Services Desk.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work a 24/7 schedule, including holidays and weekends. Training on CLUB rewards and guest relations will be provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent work experience.
• One year of customer service experience preferred, especially in casino settings.
• Must obtain Gaming License from Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Native American hiring preference applies.
• Flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Strong communication and data gathering skills.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft applications, e-mail and internet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide optimal guest service to players, focusing on Gold Card holders via personalized service.
• Occasionally serves as back-up to Executive Hosts or Casino Host.
• Assist Promotions and casino personnel to support promotions.
• Assist in calculating guest play and worth to meet needs.
• Communicate with premium players about services, promotions, and events.
• Walk casino floor to ensure CLUB Cards read effectively and advise guests on FreePlay usage.
• Explain CLUB benefits and issue CLUB Cards, rewards, and redemptions.
• Assist guests with hotel, Spa, and Willows restaurant reservations.
• Respond to uncoded and Gold Card notifications to meet guest needs.
• Alert Hosts and departments on arrival of valued guests.
