Job summary

JACK Entertainment is seeking a VIP Host to delight guests through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service. You will leverage real-time data and collaboration with the Executive Host team to exceed expectations and strengthen loyalty.

The role emphasizes proactive service, event support, and seamless end-to-end guest experiences while upholding regulatory guidelines and company policy. 21+ and casino environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

Two to three years’ experience casino/hotel, customer service, host or other business development or account management experience.
Ability to think independently to maximize customer service experience and program profitability.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Greets guests in the Casino and enrolls them in the ClubJACK loyalty program when needed.
Supports VIP events, promotions and meets goals of marketing bonus programs.
Handles guest situations calmly, making decisions within comp and expense guidelines.
Hosts VIP guests at off-property events and coordinates transportation, hotel, and restaurant needs.
Maintains communication with Executive Host and other teams to serve VIP guests.
Identifies and resolves service gaps, upholding integrity and guest satisfaction.
