Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2 years’ experience in casino marketing or related field.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with casino systems and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Daily: Update guest suite lists, verify reservations, and manage guest communications.
• Daily/Weekly/Events: Process comps, arrange transportation, and coordinate amenities with Hosts.
• Weekly/Events: Book rooms, dining, spa, golf, and event tickets; support on-site events.
• General: Provide exceptional guest service and serve as liaison for Host activities.
