Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in casino/hotel customer service, guest host, or telemarketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coded player blocks via direct mail, email, and telemarketing.
• Coordinate personalized direct mailings and telephone solicitations for assigned markets.
• Ensure compliance with all rules, policies, and regulations while maintaining integrity.
• Support on-property VIP guest itineraries to ensure flawless execution by the Hospitality Team.
• Respond to client needs and seek opportunities to improve services and programs.
