Job summary

InterContinental Miami, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Guest Relations Representative to manage VIP check-in/check-out and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure VIP stays are seamless and memorable.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year in guest services, and fluency in English; hotel experience and some college are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of guest/customer service experience.
• Hotel experience and some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet VIP guests and conduct special check-in/check-out for these guests.
• Identify return guests and VIPs in advance; coordinate premium rooms with other departments.
• Deliver or coordinate amenities and information for VIP guests; handle reservations as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints; log issues and escalate to management.
• Assist with florists, couriers, mail services, and other guest needs as required.
