Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Miami seeks a Guest Relations Representative to deliver VIP check-in/check-out, and high-touch service that makes guests feel special. You will coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure VIP guests receive attentive, personalized experiences.

You will greet VIP guests, arrange services, and respond to requests with professionalism. Fluency in English is required; hotel experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a global hospitality

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of guest/customer service experience.
Hotel experience and some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet VIP guests and conduct special check-in and check-out services for these guests.
Identify return guests and VIPs in advance. Assign premium guest rooms and coordinate information with other departments.
Deliver services and/or amenities to VIP guests and coordinate VIP/IHG One Rewards guest requests.
Respond to guest requests and complaints and log issues for management escalation.
May assist with florists, couriers, mail, international calls, etc. for assigned guests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
