As a member of InterContinental Miami, you’ll help create memorable experiences, stay vigilant on safety, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service. Shift flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Must have strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle guest requests efficiently.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good reading/writing skills and basic computer literacy.
• Experience at a hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and check them in/out, handling transactions.
• Provide local information and upsell where appropriate.
• Acknowledge loyalty program members and returning guests.
• Manage bookings and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a presentable appearance.
