InterContinental Miami, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks a Guest Relations Representative to manage VIP check-in/check-out and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure VIP stays are seamless and memorable.
The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year in guest services, and fluency in English; hotel experience and some college are preferred.

As the Guest Relations Representative, you will provide a check-in/check-out environment and hotel experience for VIP and special key guests that distinguishes our brand from the competition and delivers superior service and value.
High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of guest/customer service experience. Hotel experience and some college preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
This job requires ability to perform the following:
Work Area: Guest Relations Services Center.
The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.00 - $19.50.
