MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas invites applications for a Villa Services Coordinator at Bellagio. You will support butlers, coordinate guest services, and manage reservations and amenities to create a seamless luxury stay.

The role requires 21+ years, a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years in hotel operations or guest services, with a strong focus on exceptional service and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of prior relevant experience, preferably in Hotel Operations or Guest Services.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests.
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining.
• Assist with arranging personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations as well as other personal services.
• Inspect table setups to ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and compliance with guest orders and departmental standards.
• Maintain the Butler's pantry, kitchen, storage areas, and other assigned areas in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, wines, champagne, guest room layouts, and room locations/numbers/names.
