Ideal candidates are 21+, have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in hotel operations or guest services, and strong customer service. The role supports varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, at a world-class property.

Responsibilities

• Assist butlers in delivering timely and complete services to Villa guests.
• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant or In-Room Dining.
• Arrange personal services and expedite transportation, restaurant, and spa reservations.
• Inspect table setups for cleanliness and accuracy of guest orders.
• Maintain the Butler’s pantry, kitchen, and storage areas in good condition.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands and guest room layouts.
