Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Omaha, NE is seeking an Asian and English speaking Experienced Executive Host to develop and manage programs that attract mid- to high-limit guests, delivering personalized service and driving revenue through VIP programs. The role requires building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include hosting high-value guests, coordinating VIP services, and leveraging player data for targeted marketing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation
• Proficiency with player tracking systems and comp/guidelines; established guest base preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, and cross-property events
• Maintain guest histories and player tracking data for future marketing efforts
• Drive gaming revenue growth through targeted outreach and VIP engagement
