WarHorse Gaming LLC in Omaha, NE seeks an Experienced Executive Host to develop and manage programs that attract mid- to high-limit gaming guests, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and repeat visitation.

The role focuses on building strong player relationships, delivering personalized service, and supporting revenue growth through VIP program execution while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five (5) years of host or player development experience in a large-scale gaming operation.
• Strong understanding of player tracking systems and complimentary/comp guidelines.
• Established player base or ability to build a loyal guest following.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent guest relations and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with mid- and high-limit gaming guests to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
• Market gaming products, amenities, promotions, and property offerings to targeted guests.
• Greet guests and participate in social events, promotions, and VIP functions.
• Track guest visits, arrange accommodations, and issue complimentary offerings within guidelines.
• Manage and promote Player’s Club enrollment and related loyalty programs.
• Maintain guest histories and tracking data for future marketing efforts.
• Coordinate VIP services including food, beverage, transportation, events, and experiences.
• Drive gaming revenue growth through targeted outreach and events.
• Represent the company at promotional events and sponsor activities.
