WarHorse Gaming in Omaha, NE seeks a Casino Host to deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and foster lasting player relationships. You will promote the WarHorse Rewards program, host casino events, and ensure personalized service throughout visits.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, guest‑focused, and capable of driving player loyalty while supporting business growth in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hospitality or related guest relations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional, outgoing and service‑oriented personality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to learn and utilize casino player tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license and Nebraska Gaming License (to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Uphold and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests with outstanding service.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned player accounts.
• Promote and explain the WarHorse Rewards program.
• Enroll new members and assist existing members with replacement cards.
• Encourage guests to achieve higher rewards tiers through play.
• Represent WarHorse Gaming at events as needed.
• Maintain accurate player information using tracking software.
