Job summary

Trump Hotel Las Vegas seeks a Front Office Agent to ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience for guests. You will guide guests to rooms, manage registrations, issue keys, and handle payments and currency exchanges with accuracy and courtesy.

The role requires 1–2 years of guest service or hospitality experience, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and a professional, multilingual approach to guest inquiries and VIP services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with VIP registration and room assignment.
• Code electronic keys and verify room numbers and rates.
• Assist with check-out payments and record transactions.
• Provide information on hours, events, and VIP programs for guests.
• Respond to guest requests and forward to appropriate staff.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professional discretion.
