Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Prior Reservations, Front Office or travel industry experience preferred; must work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; additional language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and efficiently handle all incoming calls.
• Assist guests in planning and booking reservations for hotel rooms and services.
• Confirm room reservations while focusing on maximizing revenue.
• Record guest needs and preferences into the correct software.
• Provide wake-up calls, respond to inquiries via email, and relay messages to relevant teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel promotions and Trump Hotels features.
