Job summary

Trump Hotel Las Vegas seeks a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, delivering personalized arrivals and departures while upholding Trump brand standards.

You will train, coach and supervise Front Office Associates, coordinate with Bell, Concierge and Attaché teams, manage scheduling and payroll, control expenses, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth across the property. Previous leadership in a luxury hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Front Office, Guest Services, and/or Housekeeping management experience for a major Resort Company.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office team and manage daily operations.
• Train, coach, develop and supervise according to Trump policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Bell, Concierge, Front desk & Attaché teams to ensure policies are followed.
• Manage weekly scheduling and payroll to align with budgeted hours.
• Monitor and control expenses related to Front Office, labour, and supplies.
