Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior Reservations, Front Office or travel industry experience preferred.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and efficiently handle all incoming calls.
• Assist guests in planning and booking reservations for hotel rooms and services.
• Confirm room reservations while focusing on maximizing revenue.
• Record guest needs and preferences into the correct software with accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries via email, input reservations and rooming lists, and relay requests to appropriate departments.
• Meet or exceed luxury service standards for guest experience touchpoints.
• Provide information about Trump Las Vegas and Trump Hotel properties to guests.
