Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company USA is seeking an Export VIP Client Support Specialist to meet customer service expectations for VIP clients and ensure timely, smooth cargo processing with personalized service. You will process bookings, manage emails and calls, communicate rates and contracts, coordinate with US and overseas offices, and support finance with invoice collections.

On-site five days a week, this role requires strong organization, English proficiency, and a customer‑focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organization, time management and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process bookings from clients per booking procedures.
• Handle emails and phone calls per customer service protocol.
• Communicate rates, contracts, free time, and stipulations to customers.
• Coordinate with US and overseas departments to ensure loading/unloading efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with customers via email, phone, and meetings.
• Assist finance with collection of outstanding invoices.
• Prepare daily productivity reports and monitor KPI feedback.
