Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company USA is seeking an Export VIP Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients, ensuring timely cargo processing and accurate rate communication. You will manage bookings, respond to emails and calls, coordinate with multiple departments in the US and abroad, and support finance with invoice collection, all while maintaining deep market knowledge.

This on-site role requires five days per week in the office, with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in supply chain, transportation, shipping, logistics or customer service.
• English: advanced.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and be a great team player.

Responsibilities

• Processes booking requests per booking procedure.
• Handles emails and phone calls per customer service procedure.
• Assists and resolves customer inquiries and coordinates with US and overseas departments.
• Gathers and maintains knowledge of market and maritime industry.
• Presence on-site five days per week.
