Job summary

DraftKings Inc. is seeking a VIP Service Representative to build strong relationships with our most valuable players and drive loyalty through personalized offers and promotions.

You will execute the day-to-day strategy of our VIP engagement program, understanding player needs and delivering exceptional service. The role requires at least 1 year in sales or account management, comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year in a sales or account management role.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make quick decisions.
• Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships.
• Participate in customer events to elevate brand and engagement.
• Distribute promotional budget among VIP players.
• Proactively champion best-in-class customer experiences.
