DraftKings, based in Massachusetts, is seeking a VIP Service Representative to deliver best-in-class service to our top players and share promotions. You will execute the VIP engagement strategy and help foster long-term loyalty.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or related experience, at least 1 year in sales or account management, analytical skills, and willingness to travel, including nights and weekends; gaming license requirements may apply.

• Minimum 1 year in sales or account management.
• Able to work in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make decisions.
• Will travel and work nights/weekends.
• Must obtain and maintain state gaming license
