Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel in South Beach seeks a VIP Guest Services Coordinator to manage reception, registration and VIP account settlement while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate special services, anticipate guest needs, and resolve issues with a focus on flawless service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, hospitality knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospitality management or related field required, or exceptional experience
• Minimum one year experience in a supervisory role at a comparable property
• Experience working with VIP services
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reception, registration and account settlement for hotel VIP guests
• Oversee VIP guest requests and resolve complaints
• Inspect VIP rooms and coordinate housekeeping/engineering follow-up
• Contact VIP guests before arrival to arrange special services
• Interact with VIP guests to provide assistance and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure communication of hotel facilities and operating hours to guests
