Job summary

CompucomStaffing in San Francisco, CA seeks a Deskside Support Technician to join onsite team and keep conference rooms, all-hands spaces, and internal events running smoothly through proactive readiness checks, live event support, and rapid troubleshooting.

You will troubleshoot conference room systems (Zoom Rooms, displays, cameras, mics), provide end-user support for macOS and SaaS apps, and coordinate with vendors for repairs, while delivering calm, customer-focused service during

Qualifications

3+ years in IT or AV support.
Experience with video conferencing platforms and room systems (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, or similar).
Experience supporting live events and hybrid meetings.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conference room systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms), displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and control panels.
Plan, set up, operate, and tear down technology for internal events, all-hands, town halls, trainings, and offsites.
Provide L2 onsite support for macOS, peripherals, accounts and access, and SaaS applications as needed.
