Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Customer Service Engineer in Longview, WA to repair a variety of technology-based products in end-user computing environments. This intermediate role covers PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers with a focus on practical issue resolution.

Responsibilities include basic to moderately complex troubleshooting, desk-side support, IMAC moves, VIP client assistance, and achieving service metrics.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or the equivalent of 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers in end-user environments.
• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests; install PC equipment and provide end-user desk-side support.
• Perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities and desk-side support.
• Meet customer service satisfaction levels and related metrics.
