Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Customer Service Engineer in Vancouver, WA. This intermediate role focuses on repairing technology-based products in an end-user computing setting and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, client VIP support, IMAC tasks, desk-side service, and timely communication of status and estimates. Relevant IT knowledge and a technical certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or the equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by Management.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Provide support to client-identified VIPs.
• Respond to change management requests with IMAC activities.
• Perform desk-side support and IMAC tasks.
• Maintain professional service standards at all times.
• Communicate repair status and time estimates to end users.
