Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and enterprise security tools.
• Good understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site deskside support for laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and application issues (Windows).
• Support network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and docking stations.
