Job summary

You will image equipment, manage Active Directory tasks, assist with on-site and after-hours support, and collaborate with global IT teams to uphold security and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field and three years of relevant experience in technology support functions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking.
• Proven ability to document and share knowledge; maintain up-to-date documentation in knowledge bases.
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management, permissions, and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requests with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for designated sites, making timely decisions based on priorities.
• Proactively understand site support requirements and processes.
• Update and maintain knowledge documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
• Develop subject matter expertise for site-specific processes as needed.
• Act as primary guidance resource for IT-related issues within site teams.
• Respond quickly with direction, training, and guidance on technology matters.
• Follow best practices and client standards for IT support.
• Create and share supplemental documentation to cover knowledge gaps.
• Assist with on-site imaging and equipment preparation for new hires.
