Jobgether seeks a CRM leader to drive strategy and execution for high-value customers in the iGaming space. You will own the VIP lifecycle from pre-activation to reactivation, shaping promotions and segmentation based on customer and financial insights.

You will manage team priorities and performance while supporting individual growth, collaborating with Product, VIP Support, Content, and Casino teams to ensure consistent execution in a remote, global setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of CRM experience in the iGaming industry with team leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of lifecycle communication, retention strategies, and promotional mechanics.
• Analytical thinking and commercial awareness to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of CRM initiatives for high-value customers.
• Shape the full VIP customer lifecycle, from pre-VIP activities to reactivation.
