You’ll drive personalized, impactful campaigns at scale, partnering with product, data, and commercial teams to maximize value and customer trust.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CRM, product, and data.
• Establish standards for VIP CRM experimentation and measurement.
